Amp Up Your Yard DIY Photo Contest Winners Announced

For a second year in a row, Townsend Lumber and Bass Lake Sawmill were pleased to hold our Annual ‘Amp Up Your Yard’ DIY Photo Contest.

With even more entries than last year and a wide variety of projects entered, the judging process was not an easy one but, after much deliberation, our Grand Prize and Second Place winners were selected.

$1,000 GRAND PRIZE WINNER – Wayne & Jacqueline Brunsveld of Troy, Ontario

Wayne & Jacqueline built a beautiful outdoor lounging and entertaining space, complete with a stone gas fireplace to extend their enjoyment of this outdoor space well into the cooler weather.

$250 TOWNSEND LUMBER GIFT CERTIFICATE 2ND PLACE WINNER – Eric & Judy Feaver of Binbrook, Ontario

Eric & Judy created their own backyard oasis—-complete with a pavilion, featuring an outdoor kitchen and a dining space with a DIY 8-person harvest table, a pergola over their hot tub and a shade arbor for the backyard hammock.
