Mackenzie, ie. ‘Mac’ has been a valued member at Townsend Lumber since 1994. Mac is a hands-on sales manager and is responsible for all industrial products produced and sold from all three sawmills, in addition to several value-added product lines. Mac possesses a Bachelor of Science degree (Biology & Geography), a Bachelor of Education degree, and is an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT). Mac’s volunteer service in the community includes coaching hockey, teaching Sunday School, church youth group volunteer, and a non-profit book store volunteer which raises funds to support schools in Haiti. Mac is a father of two children, and enjoys canoeing, camping, hiking and farming part-time (sheep, chickens, garden etc).
